Adam Gregory is the CEO of investment firm Light Warrior Group, having founded the group with Radek Sali in early 2016.

Prior to joining Light Warrior, Adam was the Co-Head of the Consumer, Retail & Healthcare Investment Banking in Australia / New Zealand for Goldman Sachs.

Alex is focused on investment strategy, execution and management of our investments.

Previously worked in real assets and sustainable agricultural investment and structuring with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA).

Alex co-founded a social technology business – Yoinki – focused on delivering innovation and better outcomes to the not-for-profit sector.

Alex also worked in corporate advisory at Goldman Sachs.

Casey is focused on the origination, execution and management of our investments.

Prior to joining CIM, Casey worked at Social Ventures Australia developing social impact bonds and managing impact investing funds. Prior to SVA, Casey worked in Deal Advisory at KPMG.

Ed is focused on investment diligence and execution.

Previously worked at Kirwood Capital, a Melbourne based investment fund, alongside management roles at a number of charitable foundations.

Giselle was the former Chief Investment Officer at Escala Partners (2013 – 2019) and JBWere (2007 –2013).

Iain is focused on investment structuring, origination, execution and management of our investments.

Iain previously worked at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and John Laing where he was responsible for originating and executing investments with a primary focus on social infrastructure and investment facilitating the energy transition.

John White is a Special Adviser holding over three decades of experience in global property investment and development, financial services and funds management.

Other current roles include Chair of the Property Investment Committee and Non Executive Director of HousingFirst and Chair of Cads (Child & Family Services Ballarat). Formally Senior Managing Director, Global Management, and Global Investment Committee Member at Heitman.

Kate is a Partner at Affirmative Investment Management, one of the world’s leading global impact bond investors.

Prior to this role, Kate was co-head of Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) Institutional Sales, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, previously working globally with both Goldman Sachs and PWC in various roles.

Maddy is focused on investment due diligence and execution. Maddy previously worked at Flagstaff Partners, a Melbourne based boutique investment bank.

Previously managed the impact investment mandate of Light Warrior Group – a Melbourne-based family office, investing a significant pool of capital across a range of global strategies.

Prior to Light Warrior Matthew worked at Goldman Sachs.

Nicole is focused on compliance and operations for CIM. Prior to joining CIM, Nicole worked at The Hydration Pharmaceuticals Company Ltd looking after commercial projects, corporate governance, and investor relations. Nicole also worked as a corporate lawyer at Arnold Bloch Leibler.

Formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of JBWere and Goldman Sachs, and chaired various investment, risk and underwriting committees across Australasia (between 1992 and 2012).

Paul was also an Advisory Director to and member of the Asian Commitments Committee (equity and debt raisings) of Goldman Sachs from 2013-2016.

Formerly Executive Director in the investment banking group at Macquarie Group.

Richard has been the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Song Room, the national arts education organisation since 2003.

Tenielle is focused on the legal and compliance work for our investments.

Prior to joining CIM, Tenielle worked at Brookfield Asset Management as a transactional and corporate lawyer in their Infrastructure and Technology groups.
