Adam Gregory

Executive Chair / Board Director & IC

Adam Gregory is the CIO of DBG Health and CEO of the Bastas family office.

Previously, Adam was the CEO/CIO of Light Warrior Group, a Melbourne-based family office overseeing a diverse investment portfolio and its philanthropic efforts. He previously spent sixteen years in investment banking in Australia and overseas, culminating at Goldman Sachs as Head of Consumer, Retail & Healthcare in Australia and New Zealand.

Charlotte Siddle

Board Director

Charlotte is CEO of the Siddle Family Office and Executive Director of the Siddle Family Foundation, overseeing investment and philanthropic strategy.

She also serves as a Director at the Paul Ramsay Foundation and brings over a decade of experience in philanthropy, including leadership in place-based initiatives and early childhood education. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


David is a Managing Director and Founder of Equis (2010-Present), an independent infrastructure private equity manager.

Prior to Equis, he was Senior Managing Director and Head of Greater China and Asian Private Equity at Macquarie Group (1998-2010) and an energy and utilities lawyer with Skadden in the United States (1997-1998) and Minters in Australia (1994-1996).

Iain Wood

Director

Iain is focused on investment structuring, origination, execution and management of our investments.

Iain previously worked at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and John Laing where he was responsible for originating and executing investments with a primary focus on social infrastructure and investment facilitating the energy transition.

Jeremy Evans

Board Director

Jeremy is the CIO of Benjamin Duncan family office and the co-founder of venture capital fund Era VC.

Previously, he was an Executive Director within Goldman Sachs Special Situations Group, where he co-led corporate principal investments in Australia. Earlier, he worked in investment banking at JP Morgan.

Kate Temby

Board Director

Kate is a Managing Director at Metlife Investment Management, one of the world’s largest institutional investment managers.

Kate’s previous roles include Partner at Affirmative Investment Management, Co-Head of Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) Institutional Sales, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and other roles globally within Goldman Sachs and PWC.

Laurie Berrange

Director

Laurie is focused on the origination, execution, and management of our investments, and CIM’s growth.

Previously, Laurie worked at LVP, where she led the responsible investment strategy across the organisation. Prior to that, Laurie formed part of the investment team at Social Ventures Australia focused on social infrastructure investments.

Maddy Jackson

Senior Associate

Maddy is focused on investment due diligence and execution. Maddy previously worked at Flagstaff Partners, a Melbourne based boutique investment bank.

Matthew Tominc

Chief Investment Officer / Board Director & IC

Previously managed the impact investment mandate of Light Warrior Group – a Melbourne-based family office, investing a significant pool of capital across a range of global strategies.

Prior to Light Warrior Matthew worked at Goldman Sachs.

Nicole Roebuck

Director

Nicole is focused on compliance and operations for CIM. Prior to joining CIM, Nicole worked at The Hydration Pharmaceuticals Company Ltd looking after commercial projects, corporate governance, and investor relations. Nicole also worked as a corporate lawyer at Arnold Bloch Leibler.

Paul Sundberg

Member of Investment Advisory Committee

Formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of JBWere and Goldman Sachs, and chaired various investment, risk and underwriting committees across Australasia (between 1992 and 2012).

Paul was also an Advisory Director to and member of the Asian Commitments Committee (equity and debt raisings) of Goldman Sachs from 2013-2016.

Pav Sivaneeswaran

Associate Director

Pav is focused on investment origination, due diligence and execution.

Pav is focused on investment origination, capital raising, due diligence and transaction execution. Previously, Pav was an Associate Director at Paxon Group advising on and executing transactions across infrastructure and related sectors. Prior to Paxon, he held roles at Housing Australia, MUFG and Westpac.

Richard Price

Member of Investment Advisory Committee

Formerly Executive Director in the investment banking group at Macquarie Group.

Richard has been the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Song Room, the national arts education organisation since 2003.

 

Riley Guerin

Analyst

Riley is focused on investment due diligence and execution.

Riley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne majoring in Finance and Economics.

Tenielle Jordan

General Counsel

Tenielle is focused on the legal and compliance work for our investments.

Prior to joining CIM, Tenielle worked at Brookfield Asset Management as a transactional and corporate lawyer in their Infrastructure and Technology groups.

Tom Harrison

Associate Director

Tom is focused on investment origination, due diligence and execution.

Prior to CIM, Tom was an investment manager at one of Australia’s largest foundations, where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions across a range of impact investment strategies.
